I’ve recently found out that I’m gluten intolerant. All my life, as a Portuguese girl, bread had a central place on the table with a lot of the Mediterranean lifestyle and family gatherings occurring around food. To better understand this condition, I plan on creating a blog where I can take my own experience with this food allergy and share all the information that I gather with people facing the same challenge as well as learn from others.
